With the reservation you must pay a deposit of 100 euros which will be returned at end of stay (except for
reimbursement for any damage caused to the apartment and/or loss of key).
There is no breakfast service but you have the full availability of food and was allowed to eat all meals in the
apartment.

There is no reception service available at all hours of the day as it happens for the hotel, so you are required to
communicate to the owner of the structure of your estimated time of arrival at least 24 hours prior to arrival. Go to
the structure without having alerted about the arrival time can cause long waitings. This problem can not be cause
for complaint or refund.
30% deposit on booking by bank transfer or PayPal.
Remaining 70% in cash upon arrival.
The reservation may be canceled by written notice (e-mail) within 15 days from the date of arrival, in this case will
be refunded the full amount paid at time of booking.
If a cancellation is made later, are entitled to reimbursement of 50% of the payment at the time of booking.
A cancellation made less than 7 days from arrival date will cause the full loss of the deposit.
